U19 TOURNAMENT HO CHI MINH CITY OPEN 2011 
EXIMBANK CUP I

1- Purpose – requirements :

1.1-Purpose:

– To make good condition youth football clubs in HCMC to compete in order to check out players for attending the National U19 Championship 2012.
– To strengthen solidarity and friendship, exchanging experience between youth football clubs nationwide.

1.2-Requirements:

– Attending clubs must execute the Regulations and rules issued by organization committee.
– Ensure professional requirements and safety during the competition.

2- Participants – time:

 2. 1- Participants :
– U19 football clubs in HCMC and in the whole country.

2.2 – Player criterion :

2.2.1 Not over 19 years of age: born from 1/1/1993 with Vietnamese nationality.

2.2.2 Checking age through Vietnamese ID or passport.

2.2.3 Not in the duration of disciplines given out by Ho Chi Minh City Football Federation (HFF) or by football clubs with the agreement of Ho Chi Minh City Football Federation or Vietnam Football Federation.

2.2.4 Each player is just allowed to play for one team in the tournament.

2.3- Time and location of the tournament:

2.3.1 Time:  from 13/12/2011 to 17/12/2011.

2.3.2 Location: Thong Nhat stadium – HCMC.

2.3.3 Technical meeting at 14:30 on Monday 12/12/2011 at Ho Chi Minh Football Federation (HFF), number 138 Dao Duy Tu, Ward 6, District 10. HCMC (the cluns are supposed to prepare 2 2 suits with different colors)

2.4- Registration documents: including:

2.4.1    List of staffs and players (sent through e-mail): full name, date of birth, uniform number (for players) with signature of owning agency;

2.4.2    Paper to confirm participation (Fax);

2.4.3    01 registration book (issued by HFF) with signature of each player and is signed and stamped by owning agency’s leader and sealed on registration portraits;

2.4.4    Participation fee: 5.000.000 VND on each club (five million VND);

2.4.5    E-mail address, phone and fax number of the club and its leader; All are original documents and sent to operation office of Ho Chi Minh City Football Federation. All e-mails and faxed documents sent directly from the clubs to HFF are just temporary registration
