Ho Chi Minh City Football Federation has just put two training yards worth VND7 billion into operation to serve players of Lyon-HCMC football center.
In the morning of April 14th, Ho Chi Minh City Football Federation (HFF) launched the inaugurating ceremony of 2 training pitches at Phú Thọ gymnasium. General Secretary of HFF Mr.Trần Đình Huấn revealed that total investment capital for the 2 pitches is VND7 billion, completely paid by HFF.
The yards are planted with imported Ruppiaceae seeds which are incubated in HCMC basing on turf technology of a Thai organization – the unit having just contributed to the embellishment of Thống Nhất Stadium. Thus, it can be said that the turf has the highest quality in Ho Chi Minh city.

At the ceremony, General Secretary of HFF Mr.Trần Đình Huấn stated that the operation of the 2 pitches will solve the demands on training yards for young players of Lyon-HCMC football center. This result comes from the coordination between Lyon football club and HFF, taking investment capital of the People’s Committee of Ho Chi Minh City as the background.

With careful admission, well-balance nutritional diets, instruction of coaches from Lyon football club, Lyon-HCMC football center promises to create high professional players who will contribute for football clubs of the city in domestic leagues and tournaments.
