– Born in 1966 in Ho Chi Minh City.
– 1985: Central College of Physical Education and Sports 2.
– 1996: Bachelor of Arts in Football, Central University of Physical Education and Sports 2.
– 7/1997: elected as Member of VFF Referee Committee (1997-2001).
– 10/2000 – 08/2012: elected as Deputy Chief of HFF Referee Committee (terms 2000-2004, 2004-2008, 2008-2012), HFF Referee Lecturer.
– 10/2010: appointed as HFF Chief of Organization – Competition Department (2008-2012).
– 09/2012: appointed as HFF Chief of Competition Committee (2012-2016).
