After many years fighting hard in the second and the first devision, Quang Nam fans will be able to witness their hometown team return to the country’s top-flight football championship, V-League 2014.
Before round 12 of the 2013 first division, QNK.Quang Nam had 22 points, Quang Ninh ( 22 points) anh Hung Vuong An Giang ( 21 points) therefore the ticket to 2014 V-League. However, Coach Vu Quang Bao and his men was lucky to have this chance soon at Tam Ky stadium. Afterhaving defeated 2 consecutive games Quang Ninh (4-2), with highest pillar QNK.Quang Nam came up successfully. Can Tho lost 4-1 against Hung Vuong An Giang. with this result, QNK.Quang Nam officially gained the champions.
To be successful at the present, QNK.Quang Nam has spents too much difficulties. Quang Nam had changed coach 3 times Tran Vu, Nguyen Van Thinh and the present one Vu Quang Bao. Moreover Quang Nam set their high goal to be champion, they show their decision when owning Thanh Trung, Nicolas, Cao Xuan Thang, Tran Minh Loi…especially, Quang Nam had jubilant win under Vu Quang Bao’s coaching against Can Tho, Ha Noi-Viettel, Binh Dinh, TDC Binh Duong and their lastest win 4-2 over Coal Quang Ninh to win the champion.
After 13 rounds, Quang Nam got 25 points with 26 goals for and 16 goal against. This is a remarkable result of Coach Vu Quang Bao and players after a tough first leg.
According to president Le Nguyen Hong ” manager board are very pleased with their result, V-league is a tough race therefore, the next season we will certainly strengthen our forces. And now, we should enjoy our happiness”
