Coach Sergio and his men has an excellent game when upset Indonesia 3-1 to play in the final game against familiar Thailand. 

Entering the game confidently, Vietnam immediately controlled game when created consecutive attacks toward Indonesia. Vietnamese players were seeking goals therefore the whole squad was raised highly. However Bao Quan,Van Vu, Hoang Vinh or Xuan Du respectively missed shoots.

Indonesian players also had attacks toward Vietnam’s goalkeeper Phuoc Anh. However, Vietnam was good at not only attacking but also defensing. Finally, what will be will be, in 18th minute, Trong Luan opened 1-0 for Viet Nam from a pass by Van Vu.

Entering second half, Indonesia are decisive to find equalizing. However, Vietnam has showed their class in area. Though Indonesia controlled ball, all ways to Phuoc Anh’s goal were prevented. Moreover, Xuan Du took chance to double for Viet nam.

Vietnam seemed to lose concentration when let Indonesia shorten to 1-2 in 38th minute. However, Vietnam’s Trong Luan quickly set 3-1 win for Viet Nam. After this convincing win, Coach Sergio and his men will face Thailand who has just win 6-1 over Myanmar tỉ số 6-1 in the final game at 16h00 on December 20th. And the game for third position will happen between hosts Myanmar and Indonesia at 10h30.
