After 3 consecutive wins over strong opponents such as U19 Malaysia, Thailand and Indonesia. In two remained rounds of group B, U19 Viet Nam just need only one more point against two weaker opponents U19 Myanmar and Brunei to win a ticket to the semi-final. However, facing U19 Myanmar, Coach Graechen Guillaume and his men had played so well that they had won 3-1 over opponents to win a further expected ticket to the semi final.

Overwhelming U19 Myanmar from the beginning, therefore in the first half U19 Viet Nam had scored two goals by Van Toan. With this advantages, Coach Guillaume and players played more slowly and carefully, the mid-field was left for U19 Myanmar. This is also a chance for Sawsi to shorten the gap 1-2 in 62th minute.

Having met many difficulties in the remained minutes of game, U19 Myanmar played closely and aggressive, therefore, Viet Nam’s footballers Van Trương have to leave because of injury. The HAGL’s men had taken a hat trick which set Viet Nam 3-1 win over Myanmar.
