In the morning of June 4th, Ho Chi Minh City Journalist association futsal tournament – 2016 Thai Son Nam Cup has been kicked off successfully at Tao Dan pitch -district 1. Ho Chi Minh City.

This is annual tournament in celebration of June 21st Vietnam journalist day which is hold by Ho Chi Minh City Journalist association and reporter club under the support of Thai Son Nam limited and trading company.

Exciting games

This is an occasion that gathers reporters and journalists around City. Behind sport factor, they can exchange experiences and tighten friendship. There are 16 teams included editor, reporter, staff, …from local and national agencies around city.

Group A includes: HTV, VOH, Sai Gon Giai Phong and sports reporter club. Group B includes: Vietnam News, VTV, Phap Luat, Nguoi Lao Dong. Tuoi tre news, Khan Quang Do, Phu Nu and Ho Chi Minh Police News belong to Group C. And the last group D are: Thanh Nien news, sports reporter club 2, Let’s Viet, Me Kong News.

They will compete in round to choose the two better teams of each group then compete directly in the next round. 

The result in the first day: sports reporter club 1  won over VOH 4-0. The present champions HTV lost 1-3 against Sai Gon Giai Phong. Vietnam News won 5-1 over VTV. Phap Luat lost 0-6 against Nguoi Lao Dong. Bao Tuoi Tre meanwhile had an amazing performance when won 7-1 over Khan Quang Do. Phu Nu News lost 2-4 against HCMC police News. Thanh Nien News defeated  sports reporter club 2 9-3. Me Kong News won 9-1 over Let’s Viet Channel.  

This tournament lasts to June 11th and the prize for winner is 30 million VND. 

Beside Thai Son Nam Ltd. and Trading Company, Hoa sen Tole,  Mondelẽz Kinh Do, Adidas Vietnam, F&N PTE LTD in Ho Chi Minh City ( branch 100 Plus), the sporting Star Geru company, Nexus, Ho Chi Minh football federation and district 1 sports center also support much for this tournament.
