Jason Quang-Vinh Pendant is the Vietnam-France dual nationality player who is considering to join Vietnam national team if being invited.

Jason Quang-Vinh Pendant was born on the 9th of February, 1997, whose mother is a Vietnamese and father is an African French. Born and growing up in France, Jason Pendan participated in Sochaux FC football academy since his boyhood.

On the 8th of November, 2016, Jason Quang-Vinh Pendant had his first professional match with Sochaux FC as he was sent on at the 82nd minute in the 2-1 win over Tours FC, France’s League 2. Since then, Jason Quang-Vinh Pendant has had totally 45 appearances with the football club standing at the 17th/20th position of League 2.

Besides, Jason Quang-Vinh Pendant has also had 16 appearances with France U16 and scored 2 for the team, along with 2 appearances with France U18. As he has never appeared in France national team, Jasan is completely able to be back and contribute for Vietnam national team.

Being 1m77 tall and left-footed, Jason Quang-Vinh Pendant is regarded as a speedy and physically rich player. Attacking and defending abilities of the 23-year-old defender is also evaluated good. In this season, Jason Quang-Vinh Pendant has consolidated his position in the formation of Sochaux FC. Until now, he has appeared in 21/25 games at League 2 with 1687 minutes on the pitch. Jason Pendant is appraised at approximately 540.000 pounds (equivalent to VND16 billion) on transfermarket.

Recently, Jason Quang-Vinh Pendant has revealed that he usually finds about and updates information about Vietnam’s football despite of difficulties in information collection. In addition, the 23-year-old defender has also said that his immediate objective is being able to play at League 1, the highest league in France. Therefore, he has been making his best efforts to help Sochaux to promote or to seek a new club competing at League 1.

When being asked about the possibility to join Vietnam national team, Jason Quang-Vinh Pendant affirmed that it will be a great pride and he would seriously consider this opportunity if being invited by Vietnam Football Federation.
