Vietnam held China to a 1-1 draw in the the last group C match at the Asian Football Confederation (AFC) U19 Championship in Yangon, Myanmar, on October 13.

U19 Vietnam 2 – 3 U19 Japan AFF Cup: U19 Vietnam 1 – 0 U19 Australia Midfielder Hoang Thanh Tung scored a goal for Vietnam in the 20 minute.

However, Tang Shi equalised the match in the 86 minutes.

With the draw, China had five points to rank second in Group C. Japan ranked first with six points.

Vietnam’s U19 football team had a bad start at the championship, losing 0-6 to the RoK on October 9 and later 1 – 3 to Japan on October 11.
