In the morning of March 30th, the meeting to announce regulation and schedule of 2015 national second division football league  which happens at Thong Nhat stadium ( district 10).

This year, there are 14 teams which are divided into two groups in qualifying. Four better ones will compêt in final round to chose the one who will play in first division next year.

Group A includes Binh Dinh, Binh Thuan, Kon Tum, Lam Dong, Palace Khanh Hoa, young Dong Nai, Viettel and Ben Tre, Ca Mau, Long An, Mancons Sai Gon, Tien Giang, Vinh Long, Fico Tay Ninh are in group B. Qualifying will happen from April 16th to June 26th 2015 and the final round will be from July 3rd to 6th 2015.
