Manchester City midfielder Raheem Sterling scores a goal during the friendly match with Vietnam in Hanoi on July 27, 2015.

The hosts managed to net a consolation goal in the last minute of the game after Manchester City raided the Vietnamese goal frame with eight goals.
The atmosphere of the match was like a party, where fans ‘feasted on’ fantastic football from players of both sides.
Around 40,000 fans filled the stands of My Dinh National Stadium in the capital city an hour before the ‘football show’ started at 8:00 pm.
But only 200 faithful fans of Manchester City came to root for their team with banners and slogans, while the Vietnamese team had 50 ‘regular’ fans sitting in their familiar D stand.
That means the remaining fans were there to celebrate the nice looking football displayed by both sides.
Just 11 minutes into the game, City defender Aleksandar Kolarov opened the scoring with a trademark left-footed free kick, sending the ball narrowly into the right corner of the Vietnam frame.
Vietnamese Keeper To Vinh Loi could only stand still and watch it.
In the 20th minute, midfielder Raheem Sterling doubled the lead for The Citizens with a talented cushion from a distance of 24 meters, driving the ball high into the far corner, while keeper Loi could only stand still again.
Six other goals followed as a result of the elite performance of the world-class players.
A fan named Nguyen Trung Dung said he felt happy even though his national team lost the match, for he could watch elite football.
The biggest round of applause from fans was saved for Van Quyet in the 90th minute of the game, when he scored the only goal for the Vietnamese side.
The big hand was not a consolation, but an appreciation from fans for the efforts and the sportsmanship of their beloved players.
