Mexes given four-game ban

Milan defender Philippe Mexes has been handed a four-match ban for punching Juventus’ Giorgio Chiellini on Sunday.

The Rossoneri centre-back was seen hitting out at the Bianconeri man on Sunday and after consulting television evidence, the FIGC have given him a retrospective four-game suspension.
It means the France international will be out for games against Udinese, Parma, Lazio and Fiorentina.
