This decision is based on: Regulations of Ho Chi Minh Football Federation course V (2012-2016); Resolution issued on 15/09/2012 in the second meeting of HCMC Football Federation Executive Committee course V (2012-2016) and minute of Executive Committee permanent meeting on 17/09/2012; suggestion of HCMC Football Federation General Secretary.

2/ Head of accounting department cum chief accountant: Ms.Pham Ngoc Dan Thanh
3/ Head of the competition department: Mr.Luong The Tai.
