According to the withdrawing result from organizing committee of BTV Cup 2013, U-23 Viet Nam is arranged in group B. This means Coach Hoang Van Phuc and his men will surely gain helpful experiences because they are going to face with: Bangu Atletico Clube (Brazil), Dong Nai and present champions of Indonesia Premier League – Semen Padang. 

B.Binh Duong- candidate for champion of BTV Cup 2013

Binh Duong Television International Football Tournament 2013 ( BTV Cup 2013) will happen from October 25th to November 3rd 2013. There are 8 attendances included 4 foreign teams: Bangu Atletico Clube (Brazil), Semen Padang FC (Indonesia), REAC Sportiskola (Hungary), South Korean students, and 4 domestic teams: U-23 Viet Nam, Binh Duong, Dong Tam Long An (TLA) and Dong Nai.

8 teams will be divided into two groups. Group A includes B.Binh Duong, DT-LA,the Republic of Korea’s students and Raec Sportiskola SE. Group B which is asserted as group of death with Dong Nai, Semen Padang, Bangu Atletico and U-23 Viet Nam. Semen Padang FC is evaluated as a strong team because most of its members are belonged to international Indonesia team such as captain Ellie Aiboy, defender Wijiastanto, mid fielder Vendry Mofu and striker Titus Bonai. Besides that, this club has been played at the quater finals of recent AFC Cup. Two teams from Brazil and Hungary are unknown factors of this tournament.

BTV Cup 2013 is the last experience of U-23 Viet Nam, after this, management board will select best players for SEA Games 27 in Myanmar. The host B.Binh Duong in particular, now is the present champion of BTV Cup, they are expected to reveal many stars of V-League as Trong Hoang, Tan Truong, Dinh Luat, Van Binh, Van Hoan…Coach Nguyen Minh Dung and his men set the goal to experience before 2014 season. However they are also decisive to retain their champions title of BTV Cup 2013.
