V-League side XSKT Can Tho signed a three-year contract with goalkeeper Tran Buu Ngoc on Monday.
The 1.93m tall player will receive a transfer fee of VND6.6 billion (US314,000) and a monthly salary of VND35million ($1,600).
“I am very pleased with the contract signed with Can Tho. In addition to good treatment, I will have the chance to live near my home,” the Dong Thap Province native said.
Ngoc, who made his international debut for Viet Nam in a match against Hong Kong last year, will gather with his new team tomorrow to prepare for the new football season.
