Because of difficulty in economy and shortend forein players to two ones, many football teams have decided to use young players  so that they can save spending and improve players’ skills. This is chance for young player to perform themselves.

SLNA has a young training center which supply club young players in every season. Therefore SLNA does not worry when blanks Ngoc Hai, Nguyen Manh, Hoang Thinh, Phi Son, Dinh Hoang…left that will be quickly replace. This year, SLNA conitunued using young players from U-21 national league as Tuan Tai, Van Khanh, Phuc Tinh…

HAGL also use young players in U-19 to play V-League 2015. After 2014 season, HAGL has ended contracts with many players. They only kept young players who has been trained Hoang Thien, Van Long…to combine with U-19. Thus, Dong Thap, Sana Khanh Hoa are also confident in using young players because they don’t have much money. Dong Thap use U-21 players, Sana Khanh Hoa use 15/27 players from talented classes.

DTLA this year has no outstanding contract and they decide to use young players in generation with Pham Hoang Lam, Huynh Tan Tai, Cao Hoa Ky,.. to combine with Tai Em, Quang Thanh, Chi Cong,..
Specially, SHB Da Nang who is famous for financial fund also use young players. Among 26 players including 3 goalkeepers, SHB Da Nang has 13 young players from U-19 and U-21. Such as Pham Van Long who has played for U-19, and experienced players in V League as Huy Toan, Quach Tan, Anh Khoa, Ngoc Thang, Minh Tam…all are expected to create new changing for Han river’s team. Besides that, Quang Ninh coal, Ha Noi T&T also prefer to use young ones.
