After the violent confrontation between HV-An Giang and Quang Ninh, Only Coach Nhan Thien Nhan and his men had got fine from VFF, meanwhile referee Phung Dinh Dung and Quang Ninh faced with no ban.

Players from both teams had violent provocation, retaliation. Referee Phung Dinh Dung seemed fail to control game and he was even about to be  strike by a staff of Long Xuyen stadium for unfair with HV- An Giang.

However, VFF’s discipline board has decided that Phung Dinh Dung’s decision were right. Quang Ninh has no fine in contrast HV-An Giang received many fines.

Duong Van Long ( Long Xuyen stadium’s staff) was banned 1 year out of working, Coach Nhanh Thien Nhan and his assistant Chau Hong was banned two games and 5 million fine. Goalkeeper Tran Van Hoa received the same fine for his taking off shirt.

Long Xuyen stadium management board was fined 15 million for their mistake in holding game. Coach Nhanh Thien Nhan showed his opinion that those were unsastified. For this fine, HV An Giang lost Van Hoa in two matches, this player will be replaced U-19 one Minh Nhut.
