On the 17th of March, at the hall of Thai Son Nam gymnasium in district 8, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam Football Federation (VFF) coordinated with Asian Football Confederation (AFC) to organize the Level-1 Futsal coach training course 2019. This is the first coach training program among as those planned by VFF in 2019.

Attendants of the opening ceremony included Mr.Lưu Quang Điện Biên – Head of occasional football, training and member organizations bureau, representative of Thai Son Nam Company – the host of the course being Mr.Nguyen Quang Huy – Vice Director of Thai Son Nam gymnasium. There was also the appearance of Mr.Shamil Al Daghistani (Jordanian) – an AFC lecturer, 2 teaching assistants including Mr.Ngô Lê Bằng – Vice organizer of the course, Miss.Huỳnh Thị Thanh Khiết and all of the trainees.

On behalf of the training course’s organizer, Mr.Ngô Lê Bằng gave thanks to AFC and VFF for the coordination to organize the course, simultaneously expressed a high attitude to lecturer Shamil for his arrival to Vietnam. Along with the 6-day training course with a large-scale knowledge, he expected the trainees would make the best effort and concentration in both theory and practice parts; to maximally take advantage of the duration to finish all lessons given in the training course.

The AFC level-1 Futsal coach training course is the initial coach one which equips trainees with basic Fusal coaching knowledge. The course took place in 6 days, from the 17th to the 22nd of March in Ho Chi Minh City with the participation of 20 trainees from futsal clubs, sport centers and sport aptitude schools nationwide. Especially, there were two female trainees from Thai Son Nam Women’s football club who used to play for national team, being Trịnh Nguyễn Thanh Hằng and Nguyễn Thị Châu.
