On April 30th, 16 strongest futsal team will gather in Ho Chi Minh City for Asian Futsal 2014. According to head of Futsal Vietnam, member of the AFC Futsal and Beach soccer Committee, mr Tran Anh Tu: ” This championships will promote Futsal movement nationwide.” 

-RP: As member of AFC Futsal committee, what do you think about the preparation of hosts Vietnam?

+ Mr Tran Anh Tu: The preparation plan has been agreed after Asian Futsal qualifying 2014, therefore all are prepared well. VFF in general and Ho Chi Minh City in detail hold draw ceremony successfully. All attendants are arranged to practice and compete at qualified gymnasium: Phu Tho and Ton Duc Thang gymnasium.

-Do you believe that Vietnam will pass the first round when facing Kuwait, Tajikistan anh Iraq? 

+ We have faced Kuwait twice, and results were favorable for Vietnam. Two remained opponents Tajikistan and Iraq both own advantages in fitness. Besides that, they also have outstanding individuals. Nevertheless, Vietnam at the present are good enough to play in quarter finals.

– What is the reason for Vietnam to host this year Asian Futsal tournament 2014? 

+ Asian Futsal tournament will effect positively to Vietnam’s Futsal movement. Vietnam fans will have chances to witness matches between strong teams as Japan, Thailand, Iran..Moreover, this tournament will stimulate Vietnam players to practice more professionally.
