- VFF launches contract extension with the major sponsor of national team20:40 | 22/04/2019
After a period successfully accompanying with national team, national U23 team and national women’s team, Sony Vietnam has just extended the sponsorship contract with VFF for two more years. This is easily understood since during the last two years, Vietnam’s football has got outstanding achievements in international scale, creating historic “earthquakes” which satisfy millions of fans.
The press conference announcing the main sponsor of national team took place in the morning of April 22nd. Attendants at the ceremony included Mr.Trần Quốc Tuấn – Vice Permanent Chairman, Mr.Cấn Văn Nghĩa – Vice Chairman, Mr.Trần Anh Tú, Standing Member of the Executive Committee, Mr.Lê Hoài Anh – General Secretary of Vietnam Football Federation. Representatives from Sony Vietnam insisted of Mr. Yasuhiro Tsuda – General Director and other senior leaders of the sponsor.
Besides, players representing the national team such as Quế Ngọc Hải, Đỗ Duy Mạnh, Đoàn Văn Hậu and a crowded number of journalists were also present at the ceremony.
Stating for VFF at the ceremony, Vice Permanent Chairman Trần Quốc Tuấn impressed that during the previous years, national teams have got excellent results, so as being a pride of fans nationwide; these achievements were also the outputs of dedicated contributions of the coaching staff as well as of the players. The contact extension is also recognized as a reward for efforts of VFF, of football clubs who coordinated and provided the best conditions for national teams in training and competing activities.
Mr.Trần Quốc Tuấn affirmed that the success of national teams does not except the concomitance and contribution of sponsors, among which Sony is one of the most dearest.
