U-19 Viet Nam’s level is still lower than Japan’s

Japan’s Coach Suzuki Masakazu said that they had won the game because of their hard practising. However the whole friend team were a little surprised about the final result. The Vietnamese players still play well as they did in the previous match with AS Roma, but the difference is that Japan have found a way to fix their strategies.

U-19 Japan played pressing in Vietnam’s side. This caused Vietnamese player meet difficulty in getting in between defensive lines.

Central mid-fielders Xuan Truong- Tuan Anh were stopped, U-19 Vietnam’s Mid-fielders and defenders were separated revealed a gap for opponents to get in. Takumi Minamino scored the first goal within the first minute of the game.He continued scoring his second goal in a few minute later.

U-19 Vietnam seemed to be dizzy with two quick consecutive goals against. Vietnam’s defensive lines became loosen, offering Japanese players, including Takahiro Sekine, and  Miura Genta the opportunities to score 2 more goals in the 17th and 20th minutes of the game.

Duy Manh was replaced by Van Toan, however U-19 Viet Nam failed to control ball and attack. This game was necessary because it helped U-19 vietnam realise their weakpoints to overcome. U-19  Vietnam will face with strong opponents as Japan in U19 Asian Football Confederation Championship therefore Vietnam should improve more for further future.
