In the evening of June 23rd, The 2013 HCM A level Football tournament  had been officially kicked off at Dist.8 pitch ( HCM). Mr. Tran Anh Tu- HFF president and representatives of sports departments and leader of teams had come to the opening ceremony.

8 Teams of districts: Thai Son Nam Dist.8,  Mancons, FC Chi Thanh, FC Lac Thai, Parapex, FC An Bien, Hoang Thien FC, Nang Khieu Thanh Pho had registered. All will compete in round root-bin for points of 2 legs ( home and guessing) at: Phu Tho stadium, Phu Nhuan pitch, dist.8 pitch, Gia Dnh pitch, Tan Thang 19/5, Binh Hung Hoa B, Cay Sop and Dat Duc. Giải kết thúc vào 21-9. The champions will represent HCM City to compete in 3rd level national football championship which is expected to be hold in the beginning of October-2013. In the first game, Thai Son Nam won Mancons 2-1 and FC Chi Thanh won over Lac Thai FC 2-1. On Tuesday June 25th, FC Hoang Thien and Nang Khieu Thanh Pho will compete  at 15 pm at Dat Duc picth; at Binh Hung Hoa B pitch the game between Parapex- and FC An Bien will be taken place at the same time. According to Mr. Luong The Tai- the manager of organization board said:” this tournament promises to be exciting and dramatic because participants have good preparation with many experienced players in V-League as well as first league” .
