Semi-specialized Hai Phuong Nam Football club was founded at the beginning of Agust 2012. After nearly a year, this club has stepped to professional Futsal in HCMC. Hai Phuong Nam Club is taking part in the HCM 2013 Futsal Championship at the present. Though this is the first time they have attended professional leagues hold by HCM City Football Federation (HFF), the club gain encouraging achievement whilst in top 3 of the most powerful HCMC Futsal. 

By ending of the first leg of HCMC Futsal championship, Hai Phuong Nam was ranked at No.3 with 13 points. They won 4 and lost 3 in total 7 games. Director of Hai Phuong Nam-Bui Anh Quan talked about his side’s goal in this championship: “ Hai Phuong Nam Futsal club consists of a young team which is less experiences compared with many strong ones such as Thai Son Nam-Dist.8, Tan Hiep Hung, Vinh Tien Dat …For that reason we try our best with the spirit of “ be ourselves” instead of setting a goal to win every games. Looking back what we have done in the first leg, it’s possible in the top of four strongest sides hopefully till the end of this tournament.”

Within 1year experienced at semi-specialized tournament, Hai Phuong Nam has gained a many impressive achievements: the 2nd best of 2012 real estate futsal championship, the 3rd best of HCMC business futsal championship and No.4 best of strong futsal teams in field of coffee industry championship. Hai Phuong Nam futsal club is building up a professional model by signing labor labor contracts and social insurance with all players. The most special point is that Hai Phuong Nam is considered as a second home to all members. Manager board cared about the material and spiritual life of players. The essential characteristic of each in Hai Phuong Nam club is morality. Footballers are reminded, warned and slashed salary for the first moral sense violation. However the club is willing to cancel contract to anyone who have bad attitude especially concern with betting and settling ratio.
