On January 6th, Ho Chi Minh City Football Federation ( HFF) has hold annual meeting in order to close 2013 then open more duties in 2014.

In 2013, HFF has managed many duties however results were all good. In specially, holding two international friendly tournament as Ho Chi Minh international football tournament, and International Futsal tournament. Besides that, they also improved friendship with other football federation as: Japan, Brazil, Thailand and Turkey,..

HFF has signed a contract of 22 billion VND within 5 years ( 2013-2018) in terms of attract supporters and develop school football.

However there are still problems as: the professional football didn’t satisfy supporter because Sai Gon Xuan Thanh FC was disintergrate. Ho Chi Minh Football club has erased this sadness when they climbed up to the first division from the second one.

Delegates has come to agreement for 2014 duties:
1. Continue to strengthen federation
2. Push up School football
3. Maintain and develop friendly international tournaments
4. Improve training coach, referee  as well as teachers among schools
5. Holding Student’s futsal tournament
6. Support Men and Women’s football club
7. Find supports for Ho Chi Minh City football movements.

Among them, the duty of pushing up school football is attached special importance. In 2013, there are 41 schools executive school football program.Beside that, the professional football should receive supports in finding money for Ho Chi Minh football club within 2 next seasons.
