On the other side, Hanoi were not afraid, thus, they played impartially although they just needed 1 more point to reach their goal. The expansive happening of the game made it interesting with tit for tat between the 2 teams. It could be said that professional quality of this game is among the best ones of Vietnam Women’s Football Championship – Thái Sơn Bắc Cup 2019.

Creating a lot of opportunities since the beginning of the game but the first goal just came after a mistake. At the 17th minute, goalkeeper Lại Thị Tuyết leaned to the right direction to catch the ball after an out-of-the-box shoot of Thái Thị Thảo, but the goalkeeper of Phong Phú Hà Nam let the ball slip out of her hands, helping Hanoi lead  her team 1-0.

Suddenly conceding a goal after a regretful mistake, the players of coach Nguyễn Thế Cường laid higher pressure on Hanoi’s half pitch. But in a day with a hurry playing style, Phong Phú Hà Nam strikers let their opportunities elapse regretfully. Most significant is the one at the 38th minute when Tuyết Dung ran down with much space but the finish of the national team’s player directed the ball out of the goal.
